A tremendous amount of work goes into developing a scenario. From scenario writing to dress rehearsals, details matter. An important element that can enrich the scenario and facilitate authenticity and learner engagement is creating the stage. Just like directors create their set for plays and movies, simulation facilitators need to think about how their “set” matches their scenario. Props, sounds and smells can add another element of realism that can add an important layer to a simulation.
In this interactive workshop, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves into a simulation set. They will explore with their senses as they live the story. Participants will learn ways to dress the set in order to enrichen their simulation.
